These stunning barbecue accessories were design by Bex for Barbecoa, Jamie Oliver’s exclusive meat and open fire cooking restuarant in the City of London. The restaurant has litterally hundreds of the shorter versions which it continues to use day in and day out.
The forged flattened end is designed to dissipate the heat quickly so the solid steel skewer can be handled soon after removing from the grille. These longer skewers are perfect for bigger cuts of meat or for sharing.

Description
Tactile hand forged skewers direct from our Guildford workshop. These robust skewers are hand forged from mild steel and pre-seasoned with a very fine coat of pure flax seed oil.
Each skewer is unique and has an approximate length of 35cm and come in sets of 4.
